Conclave 2024
“Find your Groove” Section E13 Conclave will occur from May 17th - 19th at Manatoc Scout Reservation, for the first time since 2017. This event will have Arrowmen from eight lodges across Ohio and West Virginia. As implied by the theme, "Find Your Groove", there will be a variety of music-themed activities including live music, along with other activities such as climbing, shooting sports, Lodge Brotherhood competitions, training, and more!
What is Conclave?
Conclave is the largest gathering of lodges throughout Section E13, Order of the Arrow. At conclave, all eight of our lodges will arrive to engage in all aspects of program that an Arrowman would want. We have Inductions and Ceremonial Evaluations (ICE), engaging and interactive concerts, bands, fun program and other activities! This event will also have tailored trainings, networking and fellowship, and of course patch trading! At this event, we want to provide every Arrowman the opportunity to Find their Groove. Among all of these promises, we will celebrate our organizations mission and purpose and the traditions it has.
Shooting Sports Waiver
Great Trail Council will be running its target sports programs during the afternoon of Conclave. All scouts and scouters who wish to participate in the target sports programs must fill out the GTC Shooting Sports Waiver and present it during check-in on Friday.
